I AM the Lord

I AM the Savior

I Am the Power

to save myself.

I keep looking for others

to do it for me.

Help me find my power within.

I keep getting lost.

In all of these scattered thoughts.

I AM

not the thoughts or feelings

that I feel.

I AM

the ONE who witnesses,

the ONE that sees.

Thinking and Believing

what’s on the outside

is me.

I no longer want to succumb to the power of this mind.

It’s keeping me confined and blind

It wants me to bind to its

thoughts of the mind.

It tries convincing me

I’m this, I’m that

or I’d rather be something else.

It uses this body

to try and disguise me.

Tries to hide me

from myself.
