My Friend Taylor

My friend Taylor

never a failure.

Spreading love and light

despite all the fights

always invites

her bright light.

She shines bright

with all of her might

and takes flight

into the white light.

Always feeling and dealing

with all those concealing

revealing their need

for deep healing.

Believing and perceiving

goodness in others.

Seeing through all who suffer

sisters and brothers.

She discovers and uncovers

kindness in others.

About this poem

This poem is a celebration of my friend’s compassionate nature and her positive impact on the world. My friend Taylor is a beacon of light and a source of healing for those around her. 

She spreads light and love where ever she goes and I feel that truly needs to be celebrated. So I wrote this poem in gratitude, Thank you Taylor.
